Dr Azhar Khan

Dr Khan is an experienced Occupational and Environmental Physician, with over 10 years practice in occupational medicine. With expertise in medicolegal assessment, file reviews and fitness for duty, he is sought for his opinion by clients in insurance, superannuation and in government compensation schemes. Dr Khan also practices clinical occupational medicine, having worked across a range of industries to provide acute injury management of injured workers; pre-employment medical assessment (system management, quality review and risk management advice); health surveillance (asbestos, silicosis and noise exposure) and site visits. Dr Khan has particular skill in management of chronic pain and associated mental health issues. In addition to his many formal qualifications, Dr Khan is multilingual, speaking English, French, Urdu and Turkish.
